General Terms of Use

Ggvip operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. You must be at least 18 years old to register on this platform and use any of its services. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account found will be immediately closed. Each user may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is considered a policy violation and all associated accounts may be forfeited. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration; ggvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Bonus Policy

Ggvip supports transactions via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply for each transaction and are displayed on the platform. To claim bonus and promotional offers, specific wagering requirements must be met; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process, and payments may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. ggvip reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, use of bots, hacking, or unauthorized software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials is a punishable offense under the law, and ggvip reserves the right to take legal action in such cases. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions is strictly forbidden, and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any attempt to exploit technical errors for abnormal financial gain will result in those transactions being deemed void. Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Ggvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly when evidence of a terms violation is found. Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. If a verifiable balance exists prior to account closure, it will be returned in accordance with the prevailing policy; however, bonus balances are non-refundable. A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months). Relevant clauses of these terms and conditions will remain in effect even after an account is closed.

Right to Modify Terms

Ggvip reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes, a notice will be posted on the platform, and the updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms.
